These prices do not include holidays. Please contact our office for holiday pricing.
Event Space Rental
Friday/Saturday Events: $2,500 per evening
Sunday-Thursday Events: $1,500 per day
National Holidays: Call for Pricing
Catering & Bar Fee
All approved catering operations are welcome. If catering is provided, a 15% fee shall be paid by the catering company to The Vault based on the gross value of all catering. Minimum of $1,000.
All approved bartenders are welcome. If a bar is included, a 25% fee shall be paid to the The Vault. Minimum of $1,000.
Deposit and Payments
A 50% deposit will be required to reserve the space along with the Catering & Bar minimum fee. Payment of the remaining balance due shall be no later than 30 days prior to the event. Payment due, if any, for Catering & Bar will be due withing five days after the event.

Time
Tables
5 hours for the event, 5 hours for setup, 12 hours for clean up
Additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $300 per hour (bar extra)
Chairs
72 inch round tables, 8 foot and 6 foot rectangular tables, tall cocktail tables, 48 inch round tables.
200 white padded wood chairs
Additional charge for over 200 chairs.
Decor
Upscale decorative lighting and trees.
